Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel is great for a single business person with all the necessary plugins above the small but functional desk, although the rooms are small in size, which seems to be the norm for Manhattan. The rooms worked well but were a little noisy, and the access to the rooftop bar was a plus.
The hotel is a true gem just a couple of blocks from the bustling 5th Avenue. The rooms, designed by Jonathon Adler, are gorgeous, and the bed was beyond comfortable. The service from the staff, including doormen and restaurant team, was super friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic for exploring the city, with easy subway access and proximity to Times Square and Central Park. The dining experience offered a variety of delicious options but may be confusing to navigate. Overall, a highly recommended stay with great value for money.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms at the back of the hotel were perfect for a business traveler like myself, with convenient plug-ins above the small, but functional desk. The room was cozy, good size, clean, and modern. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who were professional and attentive. The location was fantastic, situated between Park South and Lexington in the Gramercy neighborhood, making it quiet yet just minutes away from Macys, Empire State, Times Square, and Chelsea. The dining experience was satisfying, although I wished for more variety in breakfast options.
